handmade wedding films by an independent artist
I’ve always moved between art forms. I grew up wanting to be a cinematographer, then a writer, then a musical artist. All three stuck, and now they exist together in how I live. When I write songs, I always see the “movie” first. The visuals come before the words. I write by watching a story unfold in my head, then describing what I see. That’s why wedding videography made sense for me long before I even realized it. It’s the one space where everything I love naturally overlaps in the name of love.
I don’t make wedding films as documentation; I make them the same way I make music: as stories. I look for the texture, the emotion, the in-between moments that most people don’t notice but later mean everything. The small things are what build the full picture of a day.
When you hire me, you’re not just getting someone holding a camera. You’re getting an artist who’s spent her whole life crafting stories in different forms. I film handheld so the movement feels alive and human: raw, intimate, warm. I can work in both analog and digital ( I prefer to combine both). My goal is that the final film reflects the real feeling of being there, not a polished, distant version of it. I try to lead a life rooted in love, and I want that to come across in my work, especially on a day built around it.
Wedding films are a big part of how I stay fully independent as a musician. They help fund my albums, tours, recording, production, merchandise: everything it takes to keep creating. When you book me, you’re directly supporting music, an independent artist, and receiving a one-of-a-kind film in return.
